A properly poured concrete driveway lasts 30+ years in NYC. Asphalt typically lasts 15–20 years with periodic sealcoating.

Can you resurface my existing driveway?+

Often yes — if the base is sound, we can resurface concrete or asphalt rather than full demo and replace.

How long before I can drive on a new driveway?+

Concrete: 7 days for cars, 28 days for heavy loads. Asphalt: 24–48 hours. Pavers: immediately after install.
